    mindset & positivity every day

    gives you a sparkle in your eye,

    a spring in your step,

    and a confident, unwavering swagger ( I think anyway!)
    Fitness folk just “bounce”


    You are a motivator, a role model &  a lover of people.

     “Normal” and “ordinary” will never fit you, you are just
    toooo special!

    I thought I would just remind you today!

    In case you have had a busy
    week of teaching and working,
