I know I LOVE to push/cajole/motivate/inspire you
to greater things.
I LOVE to help YOU raise your game and shoot for
the stars & kick out mediocrity.
Somehow, I woke up today and thought
I need to be grateful for all the things
I DO have.
Just such simple things like:
Waking up in fresh clean sheets from The White Company
The house being spic and span (the cleaner has been – I didn’t clean it personally)
Being excited about teaching the Step class
I have taught for years
& unleashing my new Pure Energy Mashed Up 3 Mix.
Nothing amazing & earth shattering…
just simple, basic, low level…THINGS
I’m grateful to the people who come week after week
and share their mornings & their lives with me.
So, today, let’s stop…. smell the roses…. enjoy the coffee
Take it all in and be GRATEFUL, Smile and enjoy.
Count our blessings, be happy and comfortable
about everything
we are, everything we do and
everything we have.
