FLOWS
This week my classes are loving getting back to basics with FP foundational moves and sequencing together in simple flows.
*Teaching Tips For FP Flows*
1: Teach each exercise individually concentrating on precision, breath and execution.
2: Transition into flowing one repetition of each move into the next.
3: You can keep it really simple with 2 moves. I love doing an ab curl prep into shoulder bridge or table top tap down into knee drop..or sequence 3/4 moves.
4:Repeat the flow x4 concentrating on technique and execution.
The video above is ab curl prep into shoulder bridge into ab curl prep with single leg bridge,
This is a very simple table top tap down into knee drop.
Flows don’t need to sequence lots of exercises together they can be very simple.
I hope you enjoyed these foundational ideas and I have posted more on the Fitness Pilates IG and in the FP Facebook group and in Month 3 of VIP I explore this concept on a deeper level with more ideas.
