Fitness Pilates PHIIT Workout
I have just taught a Back To Basics HIIT Workout using Mind Body Intervals 3
The 20 Workout – 20 x 1 minute Intervals 15 secs rest

Here are the basic FP Exercises I used:
1:Leg slide
2:Leg Slide with opposite arms
3:Table Top Tap Downs
4:Shoulder Bridge
5:Single Leg Should Bridge on right
6:Single leg Shoulder Bridge on left
7:Clam on right side
8: Superman
9: Clam on the left side
10: Superman part 2
11: Cat / Cow
12:Low Back extension
13:Square
14: Prone Hip Extension
15: Side Lying right
16:Side lying left
17:Table top tap down to bridge
18: Half roll back
19: Full roll up -modified
20: Spine Stretch
It a very simple lesson plan but works really well if you like to do an interval style FP class. – Let me know how you get on.
