Todays little FP Mash Up uses the Mini Ball and Activation Bands and includes a mini ball 3 ball challenge just for fun. It may inspire you to try something new and creative in your advanced sessions.
Exercise 1: Side lying using the small Activation Band. Maintaining tension in the band.
Exercise 2 : 3 Ball Challenge
Exercise 4: Swimming Variations using 2 balls under forearms to decrease stability.
Exercise 5: Knee scoop with ball between the feet.
Exercise 6: Hip Circle on the ball.
Exercise 7: V Sit /Double Leg stretch options with ball between feet.
Exercise 8: Back extensions using 2 balls to balance.
Trying putting 2 or 3 exercises together for a flow. Have fun with these ideas and modify where necessary.
Spiky Ball Basics.
I have posted this video before but spiky balls are brilliant for tight, knotted muscles and are perfect for adding into your weekly FP sessions, or why not run a masterclass or summer special workshop using Spiky Balls/Mini Balls or Activation Bands.
