Good MorningĀ
I hope you have had a great week. I got back very late last night from the Chelmsford Activation Band workshop which was incredible. It’s very exciting to see so many Instructors coming to local workshops and trainings and I’m looking forward to organising more local events around the UK in 2020.
We have added a new Activation Band Workshop date in Birmingham on 18th January 2020 and we have Guildford on 11th January.Ā so hope to see you there.
The vibe on these days has been so inspiring and positive and its a joy to connect again with many “old friends” AND new instructors.
Our biggest news this week was to launch the Level 4 Matwork Qualification which has been a MONSTROUS task but we have done it and its up and ready to rock with 3 TUTORS. Have a scroll down to see all the details and what its all about.
Dyna Band / Spri Tube Mash-Up
This week’s mini mash-up uses a Dyna-band/spri tube for some fun variations for you to try out in class this week.
1:Pressing the feet into the band – experiment with various hip angles for this one – holding onto the ends and curl up.
2:Pressing the feet into the band add a single arm and double arm pullovers.
3:Side lying with mini ball under the ribs
4:See saw / Full roll up variations.
My mini mash ups are designed to give you inspiration and the confidence to be creative and try new movements. Not every exercise is for all and good teaching and coaching is crucial. But don’t be afraid to think outside the box when planning your FP classes.

Wishing You a Happy Sunday
