Here is another script for your Monday Fitness Pilates classes, I have had a lot of great feedback on these simple scripts but do let me know if you find these helpful.
5 Minute Relaxation Script For The Beginning Of The week
Here’s a script for a 5-minute relaxation, gratitude, and body scan session tailored for Fitness Pilates Instructors:
[Begin with calming background music]
Instructor:
“As we get to the end of the Fitness Pilates session we arrive at a time to unwind, express gratitude, and prepare ourselves for the amazing week ahead. Let’s find a comfortable seated position, close our eyes, and begin with a deep breath in through the nose, and a slow exhale through the mouth. Let’s embark on this journey together.”
[Pause for a few deep breaths]
Instructor:
“As we settle into this moment, let’s bring awareness to our bodies. Feel the support beneath you, and notice any areas of tension. As you exhale, release that tension. Allow your body to relax, finding a sense of ease in this present moment.”
[Pause for a few breaths]
Instructor:
“Now, let’s turn our thoughts to the week ahead. Envision the classes you’ll lead, the inspiration you’ll share, and the positive impact you’ll have on your students’ lives. Take a moment to feel gratitude for the opportunity to guide others on their fitness journey.”
[Pause for visualisation]
Instructor:
“As we continue, let’s practice gratitude. Gratitude has a unique way of uplifting our spirits. Today, let’s focus on three things we’re thankful for. It could be related to your work, personal life, or anything that brings joy to your heart.”
[Pause for silent reflection]
Instructor:
“First, think of something you’re grateful for. Hold it in your mind, and take a deep breath, allowing gratitude to fill your being.”
[Pause]
Instructor:
“Now, let’s move to the second thing. Bring it to the forefront of your mind, take a deep breath, and feel the warmth of gratitude spreading through you.”
[Pause]
Instructor:
“Lastly, let’s express gratitude for the third thing. Visualize it, hold it in your heart, and take a deep breath, appreciating the positive energy it brings into your life.”
[Pause]
Instructor:
“Take a moment to let that gratitude settle within you. Feel the positive energy resonating in your being, ready to be shared with others.”
[Pause]
Instructor:
“Now, let’s transition to a brief body scan. Bring your attention to your toes, then slowly move your focus up through each part of your body. Notice any areas of tension or discomfort and, with each breath, imagine releasing and letting go.”
[Pause for body scan]
Instructor:
“As we conclude, take one more deep breath. Inhale deeply, and as you exhale, release any remaining tension. Open your eyes, feeling refreshed, grateful, and ready to embrace the week ahead.”
[End with uplifting background music]
Instructor:
“Thank you for joining me in this moment of relaxation, gratitude, and self-awareness. Carry this positive energy with you as you step into the week, ready to inspire and guide others on their fitness journey. Wishing you a fantastic and fulfilling week ahead!”
[End with a moment of silence]
