    Firstly massive thank you to everyone that came to yesterday first Activation Band Workshop in Manchester it was fab to see you all 🙂 and I look forward to seeing many of you in Bristol and Nottingham. I am going to add a London date very soon.

    Welcome to the FP family

    This week I’ve added light weights to the FP foundational moves adding a whole level of intensity and challenge. I’ve edited the little clips together for you to check out.

    Exercise 1: Roll Backs sagittal plane and with rotation.

    Exercise 2: Standing lateral flexion with rotation

    Exercise 3: Ab Curl prep with leg lift.

    Exercise 4: Prone square.

    Exercise 5: Tabletops with pullover variations.

    Exercise 6: Standing Shoulder sequence

    Exercise 7: Knee drop with weighted pec dec
