I am currently in Anaheim, California at the IDEA World Fitness event attending the Shine Influencer conference and Nutrition and Food Behaviours. I am so excited to be back here to experience amazing sessions and speakers and to see Jay Blahnick (Old Fitpro Members will remember Jay presenting at Fitpro) win the Lifetime Achievements Award. Jay is now Senior Director of fitness at APPLE and his fitness career started teaching many decades ago.
