This weeks ideas mash up (click above) includes 2 mini barre style combinations and 2 basic Power Step combos that you could slot into a warm up, part of your main class or even incorporate into your Active Seniors. The video is a selection of quick snippets designed to spark your creativity. Incorporating simple barre combos using a chair can work well for your older adults classes, if you are looking to inject something current and on-trend. **Candle Light Classes** It’s the season to offer a candlelight class. Grab your tea lights from Poundland or Amazon and organise a special night on the Christmas run-up.Β Β CandlelightΒ Pilates or Yoga works well or if you don’t teach either of those promote a Stretch and Relax style class. **Fill Your Classes This Quarter** I wanted to share a lovely tip from Laura in my Fitness Pilates group. It’s often hard to know what to exactly post on social media without being too salesy and pushy, so using emojis and making the post look fun and appealing to novices can be key.
