Here is a 2-minute Sunrise Fitness Pilates Meditation you can use to beautifully close your class 🧘♀️🌞
Sunrise Fitness Pilates Meditation (2 Minutes)
Begin seated or lying comfortably on your mat, eyes gently closed, hands resting softly on your knees or by your sides.
Take a deep breath in through your nose… and gently sigh it out through your mouth.
Allow the breath to slow… steady… and soften.
Let the body begin to settle, feeling supported by the mat beneath you.
Now, visualise the soft glow of a sunrise gently breaking across the horizon…
A golden warmth slowly spills into the sky… illuminating everything it touches.
This light symbolises a fresh start… a new beginning… a moment of pure possibility.
As the light reaches you, feel it warm your face, your chest, your heart.
Let it fill you with gratitude—for your body, for your breath, and for this peaceful moment you’ve created.
Silently repeat to yourself:
“I am grounded. I am strong. I am open to the day ahead.”
Take a final deep breath in… feeling energy and calm flow through you…
And exhale, releasing any tension or doubt.
When you’re ready, gently begin to bring movement back into your fingers and toes…
Stretch if it feels good…
And slowly open your eyes, carrying the sunrise energy with you as you move into your day.
