The ultimate fat stripping and body shaping workshop Rachel shows you 5 mini plug and play equipment free total body workouts. Loads of new Tabata workouts employing various timings that can be performed in Bootcamps, Body Conditioning classes, Small Groups and Personal Training. Explore different interval timings and rest periods gaining your clients maximum results in the minimum time. You can also download Rachel’s clean eating detox for your clients to ensure they get into the best possible shape.
