Susan Booth Menofit™ coach has presented a hybrid session for Labcorp in Shardlow which included colleagues in the office and a live stream to colleagues in the European office which is fantastic.  Susan also run regular Meno Wellbeing Days. Well done Susan.

Becky Tuddenham Menofit™ coach ran her very first Menopause Retreat day and welcomed clients for a stunning day of fitness, health, wellbeing and beautiful food!

Menofit™ Isle of White who run regular workshops and programmes and are holding a new Functional Fascia Workshop to help ease tight muscles and free fascia.

The Menofit™ programme is 1 year old on MONDAY. 293 Coaches have trained 1000’s of women around the world who  have taken place in a Menofit™ event, programme, class, workshop, talk and retreat and we have only just got started!
