- Kettlebell Swings – Full-body exercise to engage hips and glutes.
- Goblet Squats – Hold the kettlebell at chest height and perform squats.
- Kettlebell Deadlifts – Focus on hinging at the hips for hamstring and glute activation.
- Kettlebell Clean – A powerful movement to lift the kettlebell from the ground to shoulder height.
- Kettlebell Press – Press the kettlebell overhead, alternating arms.
- Kettlebell Snatch – Explosive, full-body movement lifting the kettlebell from floor to overhead.
- Kettlebell Lunges – Hold the kettlebell in a goblet position while performing alternating lunges.
- Kettlebell Row – Bent-over rows for back and arms.
- Kettlebell High Pull – Use hips to power the kettlebell up to chest height, elbows high.
- Kettlebell Windmill – Focus on core and shoulder stability while lowering and raising the kettlebell.
