    Level 3 Contact Days Bristol July with C2GO

    This weekend we have just finished level 3 Pilates contact days is Bristol –

    with the sun scorching & the Wimbledon final on as well but these instructors were fabulous all weekend Studying includes –

    Original 34 exercises breakdown, progressions & evolution Warm up & set up Postural analysis & functional mobility Sequences Equipment including glides, bands, balls & weights Level 3 anatomy & physiology exam Level 2 principles of exercise, fitness & health exam Pelvic floor Standing exercises for older adults Specific populations Foot & ankle, hip & shoulder release.

     

    These learners now have time to process all this knowledge & put together their portfolios, case study & film themselves teaching.

    We are really looking forward to getting them through their practice hours & get them qualified!
