     In celebration of World Menopause Awareness Day, Rachel Holmes & MenoFit™ is proud to announce the launch of a new group fitness class tailored specifically for peri to post-menopausal women: 

    The Wellbeing Workout™. 

    This unique group fitness class seamlessly combines elements of Mobility, Barre, Core, and Stretch to support and enhance overall wellbeing during this significant life stage.

    Menopause is a transformative period in a woman’s life, presenting both physical and emotional changes. Recognising the importance of prioritising women’s health and wellness during this time, The Wellbeing Workout™ has been designed to address the specific needs and challenges faced by peri to post-menopausal women.
