WOW what a weekend at the IFS Winter Gardens 2016…it was the busiest Blackpool EVER with record numbers.
Sessions were super busy. The energy was HIGH.
The atmosphere was incredible, lots of happy
vibes and positivity all around.
It really was a remarkable weekend.
The beautiful Winter Gardens were showcasing some amazing talent, classes, instructors and brands.
So, what was trending …. and what did I love
and get excited about 🙂
***The Pound Rockout Workout with the Pound girls took the convention by storm,
the beats, the music, the drumming was so much fun.
Every session was full to capacity such an exciting and vibrant workout.
***Iconic Aerobics – (Shamless plug alert) here but I have never taught a class to so many people!
Over 500 folks joined Ceri, Steve and myself for our
freestyle hilo fun session, we all loved every minute.

*** Yoga & Pilates sessions ran throughout the day
every session and EVERY class was full. The demand is SO high now
for these classes the rise in popularity is incredible.
***STEP as ever was pumping – all step classes in the Empress Ballroom were
HUGE and very buzzy.
Thanks for everyone that came to my book signing and Bucks Fizz on the Pure Energy stand 🙂 We had such a laugh
taking pics, sipping champs and signing the book
and we sold out!
*** All the UK presenters rocked….
Jayne’s Freestyle Fitness Yoga was heaving, Katie Bulmer- Cooke’s Mummy Workout and Abs were packed to the wrafters,
Spinning was in high demand, Jo Ali was super popular as ever, Lydia Campbell Trigger Point Pilates rocked,
Convention favourite Stuart Harrop
brought the house down, as ever with his wit, humour and fab classes, Clubbercise was rammed, In Kelly’s Abs class there was literally NO room at all it was so jammed.
*** We loved meeting Tracey Mallett formally of Wolverhampton now residing in Pasadena, Ca and Booty Barre.
**** TOP ENERGY goes to Danny Rust and Bianca Karel.
**** Great to see Michael King and Malcolm Muirhead as fun and fabulous as ever.
****Jay Banks won PT Of the year
Jay is Based in Cambridge and has a thriving PT business
plus he owns KSFL Cambridge with wife Kelly
and we are all so proud of this amazing achievement.
