Rammed freestyle classes every where you looked.

It was definitely the best IFS to date & the busiest.

I’m just editing a phone full of video clips
& pictures to bring you a flavor of the
weekend, I’ll post this up on my Facebook
    & social media platforms shortly.

There was SO much going on
I can barely type about it fast enough…

Here are my quick highlights from the weekend.

    *Packed & buzzing
sessions for PiYo, Insanity & Clubbercise

*ALL the Step classes were full to the wrafters
Many people saying, there are no Step classes
where they live so made the
    most of them at IFS.

*Conditioning & HIIT sessions – so popular all
filled to capacity. Tons of new ideas for your
    HIIT sessions.

*Abs & Core Sessions very popular with
Kelly Reed – Banks Shrink & Crunch classes PLUS
Katie Bulmer Cooke rocked her AB-Prentice Workout.

    * In my Fitness Pilates classes you could not
squeeze another body into the room, it was sardine
    central.

I taught 3 very different FP classes including
FP Evolution. Mix and Match FP & HIIT FP

    * I personally LOVED Ceri Hannons
    Playful Movement
class – Very different and innovative with
tons of fresh exercises & movement patterns.

    *Jayne Nicholls won the
    Outstanding Contribution To Fitness
Award Plus Jayne’s FFY classes all super popular.

*Fitsteps Nathalie Lowe & Ian Waite taught
an immaculate class that was beautiful to watch.

    * And of course I cannot fail to mention the effervescent
CHICO of X Factor Chico time!

*Chico taught his new Block Fitness class &
    entertained us
    all at the Gala dinner.
He is such a nice guy.

*Helen Carpenter-Waters presenting for the 1st Time
at IFS rocked it as always with her DYBO sessions.

*Richard Callender taught a PACKED & sweaty
    VIIT Project.

*Steve Watsons unmissable step classes as
    always was fantastic,
    great atmosphere & sooo busy.

    * KIm Ingleby won PT of the YEAR with
up & coming PT & KSFL
    Entrepreneur
Jay Banks also nominated for this
    prestigious & highly competitive
    award.

There was so much going on
    proving that
    Group X , FREESTYLE
& The Fitness Industry keeps on going
    from strength to strength.

    The Winter Gardens gets
    better every year as Blackpool
    council continue the restoration project.
    The building is so stunning
& the rooms beautiful to teach in.

    Just a wonderful weekend of
    fitness & positivity.

I cannot recommend it highly enough.

    PLUS was fab to see
    so many C2GO’ers & KSFL’ers.

By the end of yesterday I was all talked out
but buzzing with tons of new ideas…Yeah!
