    Create a 4 week August 121 package of a weekly face to face training session with what’s app accountability, checkin and home/holiday workout plans

    3:Create an August Small Group Training Package for 3 people including what’s app accountability recipes, meal plans and home workout plans for 3 friends or advertise for a small group of people at a set time.

    4:Run 7 Day Whats App coaching groups.

    7 Day programmes where you add content one day at a tie and use voice notes to coach . Its so conveminat and frictionless for you and your clients.

    5:Summer Corporate ideas Contact local businesses and offer summer health, fitness and wellbeing packages for staff working from home or in person.

    6: Fitness LineDancing

    It’s huge, Why not organise a special Live Dancing class this summer.
