Happy 13th September!

I hope your September has got of to a BANG and your classes are busy and
full of happy clients.

I launched THE BRAINFIT WORKOUT on Sunday and WOW the feedback has been
so amazing.

It really was a gamble.

I knew it was going to surprise Instructors with the format and ideas.
With a big push towards managing stress, meditation and
understanding the rational behind you don’t HAVE to do
super intense workouts all of the time, especially if you want to reduce cortisol and balance the mind and body.

But the feedback has been simply fabulous!

loved it and who have VISION and clarity.
