    Hosted in the vibrant city of Nottingham, this year’s summit is bigger and better than ever, bringing together the UK’s most inspiring presenters:

    🔹 8:30 – 9:15am – Fitness Pilates Super CIRCUIT

    with Rachel, Kelly, Mike & Jason
    Kick off the day with a bang! This energising, team-taught Fitness Pilates circuit blends strength, mobility, flow, and fun. You’ll move through different stations led by each presenter, picking up fresh ideas and formats for your own classes. A powerful and creative opening to spark your inspiration.


    🔹 9:30 – 10:15am – Pilates Puzzle: Creative Block Programming

    with Rachel Holmes
    Discover how to layer and build your FP sessions using mini blocks of functional movement. Ideal for instructors working with mixed-ability groups, Rachel shares her “Pilates Puzzle” method for progressive, engaging sessions.

    🔹 10:30 – 11:15am – From Ground Up: FP for Feet, Knees, Hips & Common Conditions

    with Kelly Reed
    An essential session for instructors working with active agers or those recovering from injury. Learn how to programme FP sessions that support strong joint mechanics from the feet upwards. Includes modifications and movement ideas for arthritis, knee pain, and osteoporosis.


    🔹 11:30 – 12:15pm – Fitness Pilates: Total Body Conditioning Experience

    with Mike Bines
    Get ready to move, sweat and elevate! A full-body, high-energy FP session packed with new sequences, strength-based challenges, and cutting-edge ideas. Mike’s playlist and creativity will keep you fully immersed. Expect to be inspired from start to finish.


    🔹 12:15 – 1:00pm – Lunch

    A chance to relax, recharge and connect with fellow professionals.


    🔹 1:00 – 1:45pm – Stance Strength with Bands

    with Jason Rose
    This focused session explores powerful standing sequences using resistance bands. Enhance glute strength, balance, and postural control with moves designed to bring strength to your stance. Brilliant for athletic, functional, and postural programming.


    🔹 2:00 – 2:45pm – Reformer Moves on the Mat

    with Kelly & Rachel
    No Reformer? No problem! Discover how to recreate the resistance, flow and control of Reformer training using your mat. Learn gliding-style movements, creative core flows, and Reformer-inspired programming ideas — ideal for studio and online classes.


    🔹 3:00 – 3:45pm – Cue, Coach, Correct & The Future of Your Fitness Pilates

    with Rachel Holmes & Kelly Reed
    A powerful, practical workshop to refine your teaching and elevate your coaching. Learn how to:
    ✔️ Use confident verbal and visual cues
    ✔️ Adapt coaching for online vs face-to-face
    ✔️ Layer instructions for different learning styles
