I’ve filmed another real-time foot and ankle mobility workout as it such a useful addition to your FP classes. Simple tennis ball rolling underneath the foot in 3 planes to stimulate the foot and mobilise the ankle.
Try it in your FP class it makes a huge difference to how the body performs the exercises that follow in your class. So simple and so effective.

Amy Stein is one of the worlds leading authorities on Pelvic Health and she has written several fantastic books. Both are extremely helpful for all Fitness Pilates Instructors. I have heard Amy speak at various conferences and she truly is wonderful with so much knowledge.
She is also on Facebook and has a BLOG with a ton of useful and pertinent information.
