This week we held the very first Fitness Pilates for Older Adults Online Summit where Kelly and I taught FP Barre & Balance, FP For Better Bones, Safe & Sensible Mat For Seniors & Seated Spinal Mobility for Posture Improvement.
We had a wonderful session with over 100 Instructors joining us on Zoom and we plan on doing more FP for Older Adults.Ā If you are continuing with your Pilates educational journey we are running the Level 4 This weekend with Kelly & Tom, you need to have Level 3 Pilates for at least 6 months, there is no pre course material as the course starts on Friday and everything is Live on Zoom plus you have access to the Level 4 Pilates dashboard.Ā I have added more details around the course below.

Level 4 Pilates Course starts this week on Friday with Tom Waldron and Kelly Reed
Ā If you are using this time to educate and upskill join us this weekend.
The course starts on Friday at 930 but as we discussed yesterday if you are teaching and miss the first 1/2 hours we have that section on video and Kelly will also touch base with you beforehand so you are up to speed.
To access the Level 4 you have to be Level 3 Qualified and have been teaching at Level 3 for 6 months – There is no pre-course learning. There is also no exam to sit The course is assessed continually through the weekend and via a post-course case study.
