    FITNESS PILATES Newsletter 28th July

    WOW, it’s been a hot week/rainy week – hope this hasn’t thrown your classes off too much. 

    In this weeks mash-up I use mini balls with the foundational movements and get the foam rollers out.

    Here are the exercises in the video above.

    1: Leg slide with 2 balls and arm variations.

    2: Roll Tap downs.

    3: Scapula retraction on the roll.

    4: Shoulder bridge on the roll.

    5: Quadruped balance, 

    6: Modified swan on the roll.

    7: Banded knee drop on the roll.

    8: Shoulder bridge lying on the roll

     

    Class Plans And Architecture of your FP class

    How do you start your FP classes? Do you tend to stick to the same plan and order or exercises?

    Heres my current FP Masterclass.

    5 mins Set-Up Breathing and Mindset.

    10 mins Standing Mobility

    10 mins Functional Standing Exercises using Activation Bands and Spiky Balls.

    20 minute Mat work Supine.

    10 mins Side-Lying/ Prone

    5 minutes of Breathing and mini-meditation.

    Do you have a weekly theme or use a particular piece of equipment. You may have a week working more intensely on the posterior chain or “Glute week” there are many ways you can add new magic making your classes enjoyable, challenging and inspiring.

     

    Advertising Your FP Classes – Quick Checklist/ Digital and Traditional.

    1: Build a mailing list using MailChimp. 

    2: Send a weekly newsletter.

    3: Reactivate lapsed clients with a welcome message and a free class coupon.

    4:Flyers – Print up flyers to hand out locally and stick up in local shops.

    5: Build an online community private Facebook group.

    6: Do a SEPTEMBER LAUNCH and Open Day/Masterclass/Event.

    7: Are you maximising stories – FB and IG on a daily basis?

    8: Offer Free Trial sessions.

    9 :Film snippets of your classes, get client testimonials and upload to social media.

    10: Create a marketing PLAN and social media schedule so you are not wasting time – Would you like me to create a video on this?
