    I’ve edited the little clips together for you to check out. Recently I’ve been doing one of the fun exercises(like the 2 foam roller balance) at the very end of class in pairs, my class spot each other and everyone has a laugh and makes a new friend.

    I love adding a social element and encourage them to teach, help and support each other #toteachistolearn

    Exercise 1: Standing functional flow using mini ball as a focus tool

    Exercise 2: Extended Ab Curl Prep over the mini ball

    Exercise 3: Double Foam Roller Balance (HARD!)

    Exercise 4: Plank with a ball squeeze.

    4: Build your email list daily using social media give away free classes, free programmes, free workouts in exchange for email addresses.

    5:Use professional landing page programmes to create landing pages that convert. I love Clickfunnels.

     6: Learn how to create Facebook and IG adverts to build your mailing lists and increase sales and customers.

     7: PRACTICE being on video! Keep recording and posting – Have fun with it – Listen to this weeks podcast for tips.

    8: USE social media to attract clients but get email addresses and build your LIST!

    9: Run events, retreats and masterclasses!

    10: Build a COMMUNITY.
