Last night was the Heart and Soul of Fitness Awards and incredibly I won the Fitness Luminary of the Year award, Kelly won PT and Coach of the Year award, and Mike Bines won Fitness Presenter of the Year.
WOW!!
I am honoured and my goodness what an award! It is amazing to be nominated and voted for by your peers in the industry. I am so very grateful.
New Qualifications
Choreographytogo has now become a dual training provider offering both Active IQ and YMCA Awards qualifications. We kicked off this week with our new Level 2 Chair-Based Qualification. Next, we will be offering the Level 4 Nutrition, Level 3 Long-Term Conditioning, and Level 3 Reformer and Fitness Pilates Reformer courses, which will be coming soon.

Fitness Pilates Luxury Day At Champneys Springs

Do you like Teaching Fitness Pilates Intervals?
This works with a 60 seconds on per exercise and 15 seconds rest.
Fitness Pilates PHITT 30-Minute Workout Plan
If you are looking for an interval plan, here is a class I taught this week:
Warm-Up (10 minutes)
Main Workout (20 minutes) Perform each exercise for 60 seconds followed by a 15-
second rest
- Pilates Roll-Down
- Table Top Tap Downs – Lying on the back, circle one leg in the air, then switch legs.
- Plank to Pike – From a plank position, push back into a pike, then return to plank.
- Single-Leg Stretch – In a supine position, alternate pulling one knee towards the chest while the other leg extends.
- Pilates Push-Up – Perform a triceps push-up followed by a walk-out plank.
- Criss-Cross – Lying on the back, alternate bringing opposite elbow to knee.
- Superman and Variations
- Pilates Swimming – Lying on the stomach, alternate lifting opposite arm and leg.
- Back Extension
- Side Kick Series
- Hip Bridge – Lying on the back, lift hips into a bridge, then roll down one vertebra at a time.
- Side Plank – Hold a side plank position, then switch sides.
- Pilates Bicycle – Lying on the back, perform a slow bicycle motion with the legs.
- Clamshells – Lying on one side with knees bent, lift the top knee while keeping feet together.
- Hip Mobility Drills

3 – 345pm Corrective Core & Pelvic Floor with Kelly
4 – 4:45 PM: Mindfulness, Breath Work, Meditation & Relaxation Team Teach with Kelly & Rachel
You are able to make full use of the facilities at Champneys and swim, sauna, use of the gym, and relaxation areas while on the day.Â
