Standing with legs in Pilates V to stabilise the lumbopelvic area. Use the arms to drive lateral flexion and thoracic rotation.  Simple and effective to add into a warm up or standing section.

My Live and online classes are really enjoying sequences I am calling “ACTIVATIONS”  ACTIVATIONS are full body flows which transition from one move to another in a seamless way. They are body weight or use the Activation Bands for a deeper muscular contraction.  Try experimenting with different moves and tempos.
