Good Morning
Thanks to everyone who joined us for the How To Create A 6 week Fitness Pilates Course with the workshop and lesson plans. I had no idea how many teachers find the full lesson plans so helpful. We have created a simple template and inputted each exercise, with teaching points, time to spend on the exercise, progressions and options and we re going to continue with more of these workshop as the feedback was so favourable.
