    How are you Fitness Pilates classes going?

     

    It’s great to see pictures and videos of your classes, please keep posting them on social media we love to see them and share them on the FP Facebook and IG use #fitnesspilates and @Fitnesspilates1 so we can find you.

     

    Thanks to everyone that joined me yesterday on Zoom for Brainfit on World Mental Health day it was a fabulous very zenned out session even though my son was shouting “ I don’t like this mummy” from the sidelines, we managed a blissfull session.

     

    I am running the Buggy Beat Training Live as outdoor classes surge in popularity, might just be a tad cold now for FP outdoors. I’ll link all of the training courses up for October and we have one more Level 3 Pilates course left for 2020 if you want to gain your Level 3 this year.

    Have you considered holding your own masterlasses and talks online for your clients?

    Women’s health including Pelvic health, menopause, nutrition or doing deep dive workshops into FP techniques is a great idea especially when the clocks go back and people are staying in (even more!)
