    Balance – Knee drivers front,side, back 1 leg squat

    Light Weights 

    Lateral reach, 2 x rotation, cutsey and lat raise.

    Sequence Arms up out, rainbow stretch (lateral flexion)Spine twist – Repeat left 

    1 x Squat , 1 x side bend, 1 x squat, 1 x side bend.

    Calf raise x 4 

    Tap right foot – front / side back repeat left
