    Good Morning!

     

    Thanks to everyone who attended the Fitness Pilates Female Specialist on Friday. Kelly and I presented FP For Pelvic Health, Functional Feet,Hip & Knee and FP for the Menopause Years. Great energy from everyone, questions and interaction on ZOOM.
