Have you got an online fitness class membership or a hybrid membership, and is it growing or flatlining?
Are you struggling to get new members?

Here are some  tips to help you grow your membership subscription.
Tips to Growing an Online Membership

Have regular 5/7 day challenges where you can sign up for a short time and sample your classes.
Offer these monthly, you can run these via your website or in a pop up FB group.

Get a solid referral system in place so your current members can refer your memberships. Use software like MYCRED to create an online referral system.
Build a community around your membership, if you are online via what’s app or Facebook group but offer regular face to face events and meet ups.

Pricing – Your membership doesn’t need to be cheap; it can be a higher-end membership with fewer people, which is far easier to manage than a low-cost membership where you are looking for high numbers to make it viable. Think of an exclusive members club like a Golf Club.

Adjust your membership as you go. No one launches the perfect membership; you always have to listen to your audience and adjust. If you launched your subscription in lock down chances are now it needs an overhaul. Survey your audience and ask.

Create a solid social media strategy to attract new people into your membership – Are you going live regularly, talking about your membership, and showing people what is in the membership? Are you campaigns pre planned? Showcasing your clients transformations on social media regularly.

Collaborate with other businesses and provide membership benefits.   Get Clear – Who is your membership for? Who is your member avatar, and is that clear in your messaging.
