Sunday Night Marketing Tips
Sunday evening is a fantastic time to get your marketing and sales strategy ready for the week ahead! It’s often the night people decide to make changes to improve their health and fitness after a busy weekend, so make sure you’re visible. Here are my top tips and this is what I am exactly doing right now!:
 What are you selling/promoting this week?
Create social media content directly related to the classes or programmes you’re offering. Use a variety of content formats: write posts, create images for carousel posts, go live to talk about what you’re promoting, and maximize exposure by using all available platforms.
 Plan a weekly theme
It’s Menopause Awareness Month and Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Share valuable content related to these topics, focusing on health, fitness, activity, nutrition, and mindset. Tie your content to these important themes for greater engagement.
 Social media content ideas
Stuck on what to post? Try my “Film a Tip A Day” method and spread it across multiple platforms. Talk about the classes and programmes you have coming up this week to engage with your audience in real-time.
 Collect testimonials and reviews
Gather testimonials and reviews from Trustpilot or Google and use them in your social media content. Social proof is a powerful tool!
 Reconnect with lapsed clients
Look through your client list and see if anyone has dropped off. Send them a friendly message, welcome them back, and offer a special incentive to rejoin.
 Schedule your group posts and main social posts ahead of time
Plan and schedule your content to ensure a steady stream of posts across your platforms throughout the week.Sunday is the perfect night to plan your week ahead!
