Good morning
Are you struggling to think of what to post this week on social media?
There are various “buckets” of content that fitness professionals can post.
This is the framework I use for ideas:
1. **Workouts** – Post clips of classes.
2. **Expertise** – Post videos/written/graphics showing your expertise and tips.
3. **Testimonials** – Collect and post your clients’ results and testimonials.
4. **Personal BTS** – Post bits of personal and fun content.
5. **Sales** – You have to sell your services.
**Post Ideas:**
You only need your phone to create fun and engaging content. Here are a few ideas you can start with:
1. Post clips of you teaching and your classes.
2. Post testimonials – videos and text.
3. Film a piece to camera talking about your classes for the week ahead.
4. Film short exercise tutorials.
5. Film tips on how to get motivated.
6. Create reels using clips of past classes.
7. Film a piece to camera about the music/playlist.
8. Film a video of the hall you teach in.
Short-form video works so well, so film bits as you go through the day. Take time to craft a good caption, always add captions on your videos, and don’t forget the hashtags.
**Tips for Filming:**
Film and save to your camera roll and post on as many platforms as you can – Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn (great for written content and B2B networking).
Does that help?
As always, I welcome your comments and feedback and would love to hear how your business is doing.
