    This is a YMCA awards Qualification endorsed by CIMSPA

    ✅What is the assessment?

    Plan a presentation on the fundamentals of menopause and the implications of health and wellbeing.

    Plan a presentation on 10 minute presentation on the effect of declining hormones health and wellbeing for individuals transitioning through the menopause

    Applied case study with 2 Clients, Clients case study are supplied

    Plan an exercise session & a 10 session Progressive Programme

    Case study with a real client and recorded in the client consultation and assessment – this can be Any group exercise modality including Pilates if learner holds relevant quals.

    By completing this qualification, learners will have gained the essential underpinning knowledge to be able to adapt exercise and fitness sessions to ensure they are inclusive for individuals transitioning through the menopause.
