🧘What is Fitness Pilates teacher training?
This course prepares individuals to become certified Fitness Pilates instructors capable of leading classes and working with clients in a variety of settings delivering the Fitness Pilates class format.
🧘What are the prerequisites for enrolling on the Fitness Pilates Training Course?

🧘How long does it take to complete Fitness Pilates teacher training?
The live contact days take place over a weekend then it is up to the individual how fast they complete the online learning and assessment.
🧘How is the course assessed?
You will go away and film yourself teaching 1 Fitness Pilates Exercise with progressions and regressions, teaching skills, personality, anatomical cueing and imagery. Your tutor will choose your exercise and discuss this with you on the practical contact day.
You will complete an open book exam and will also be given feedback during practical teaching sessions on the course.
🧘How much does Fitness Pilates teacher training cost?
It is a one- off course fee of £299.00
🧘Is this an “Official” pilates qualification?
Fitness Pilates is a brand and is endorsed by CIMSPA
🧘What is the difference in the Fitness Pilates and Level 3 Pilates diploma?
Fitness Pilates is a brand and can only be taught by qualified Fitness Professionals. It is a fitness based group exercise class format
incorporating classical mat exercises with functional training, flexibility, standing work, mobility, and movement. taught to music.
🧘Once i have qualified can i use the Fitness Pilates branding?
Yes you will be a Fitness Pilates Qualified Instructor and can use the title and branding.
🧘Do I need to update my training?
Yes once certified you must update your CPD every 2 years to stay up to date.
