Protocol 1: Power 30,40,30
1. 30 seconds High-Intensity Cardio (152 BPM)
2. 40 seconds Strength/Resistance Work (136 BPM)
3. 30 seconds Upper Body Exercise (128 BPM)
4. 20 seconds Rest
5. Repeat x 4 (8-8:20 minutes total)
6. 30 seconds Rest
7. Repeat all 4 times (32-33 minutes workout)
Interval 1: Set of Exercises
1. Cardio: High Knees
2. Lower Body Strength: Dumbbell Squats
3. Upper Body: Dumbbell Shoulder Press
Interval 2: Set of Exercises
1. Cardio: Jumping Jacks
2. Lower Body Strength: Dumbbell Lunges
3. Upper Body: Dumbbell Lateral Raises
Interval 3: Set of Exercises
1. Cardio: Burpees (Modified without Push-Up)
