I hope the snow hasn’t disrupted your classes too much this week! It’s been incredibly heavy here in Derbyshire, which reminds me—it’s always a good idea to have a “Snow Policy” ready, just in case the weather gets worse.

Here’s a checklist to help you prepare:
Create a Snow Policy: Outline what happens if classes are cancelled due to snow.
Take Classes Online: If possible, move your class to Zoom or another online platform.
Send Recorded Workouts: Have a pre-recorded video ready to send to your group.
Set Up Fast Communication: A WhatsApp group is a fantastic tool for keeping your members informed quickly.
Check Venue Cancellation Policies: Confirm whether you still need to pay for the hall if you cancel.

Getting these policies on your website or shared with your members can save you time, energy, and stress!
