❤️The AWARD-winning Presenter of The Year Kelly ReedKelly Reed and myself will be welcoming everyone with a private breakfast for our guests and then starting the day with:
🧘Fitness Pilates Wellness This is a new wellness masterclass exploring new Fitness Pilates exercises and breath work.
🔋After an energy break, I will be presenting
🙆Mobility & Calisthenics A multi-level invigorating body weight session to increase joint range of motion and muscular strength and endurance.
❤️Kelly will then Present a new Fitness Pilates Barre mini Masterclass perfect if you are a non-dancer but looking to explore Barre Basics with Fitness Pilates principles.
🥙Lunch at Champneys is always special with fine dining in our private room with lots of time to network or relax and enjoy some quiet time.
The afternoon session starts with Kelly presenting a specialist nutrition talk to help you work out the best way forward in your own personal nutrition
🥙The individualised nutrition session is followed by Kelly taking you through how to put together your own training session using weight training techniques and programme design.
🧘We close the day with a Fitness Pilates Breathwork and meditation session in which both Kelly and I will be presenting.
