    **Phase 1 – Complete these Steps ASAP**
    Get serious and start building your community and getting cash into your business ASAP.

    1. Join ALL LOCAL FB groups (use the search bar on FB) – great opportunity to promote your live classes and online programs. Check group rules. Open a spreadsheet with all the details so you know when you can post and promote.

    2. Set up WhatsApp groups and Facebook challenge groups related to your fitness business and ideal client. Run simple challenges:
    – With a clear concept of WHY and what it’s for.
    – Set up as many as you like and can handle.
    – Set up group rules.
    – Create the outcome and results of each group.
    – Decide on the price point.

    3. Come up with a special offer/angle or concept to sell after the challenge group. It has to be related to your challenge group. You sell at the end of the challenge.

    4. Contact all LAPSED clients and customers personally with a special offer of FREE sessions to get them coming back into your class or service and tell them about your new challenge.

    5. FITNESS FLIP – Collate a load of stuff in your house to sell online. Sell old toys, clothes, gadgets, Christmas presents you will never use, on eBay, DEPOP, Facebook Marketplace, etc. Generate cash to invest in you and your business (not to buy more stuff!).

    **PART 2**

    1. Collate ALL your clients’ details into a spreadsheet with a plan to have emailed all clients who are your BEST/Most Valuable clients. Can you send them a free gift, a thank you note, or a free class?

    2. Send a message to the most improved clients who have taken dramatic steps to improve their health and fitness in 2024 so far.

    3. Add 15 people a day in your niche on LinkedIn. Add local businesses that may be a good fit for corporate.

    4. Update your LinkedIn profile. What you do and how you help people.
    – Google: “Best LinkedIn private message pitch” and create a template.
    – PM your target contacts.

    5. To ALL existing clients, create a great referral offer, and offer it to them (email first, and send it out in your newsletter). If you have a website, add a referral page where existing clients can input their details and add details of someone they are referring to your classes or programs. Offer a prize, cash, or free session to the client who has referred the new person and contact the new person offering a free class or consultation.
