    I hope you are having a great half term week? 

    On Valentines last week we launched the Fitness Pilates Mindful, Breathing & Relaxation Online course with all the bonuses and it has sparked lots of chat and conversation around, breathing, stress management and stand-alone “relaxation classes”.

    There appears to be a big demand for chill out classes.  This is something leisure centres, operators, gyms and club chains rarely offer so there is a great opportunity for community-based teachers to offer something unique.
