Choreography and Class Content Ideas
I have linked above to a couple of workouts and choreography videos for your inspiration and own training this week. I filmed the Old Skool Aerobics HIIT for a bit of fun but the feedback has been so positive that I’ll film some – very fun to do and easy to teach.

With busy family lives and many FITPROS teaching at the weekends or wanting to have time out I’m putting together a tour around the UK to do Wellness + Workout Evenings on Thursday / Friday nights (I’m looking for cool venues and studios so give me a shout if you have one!) Wellness + Workout evenings are for Fit Pros with the aim of a fun, friendly, networking and education experience in lovely relaxed environment.The first one kicks of in Manchester on Friday 19th October 7 – 930pm at the Waterside Hotel, Didsbury Mind Body Studio.
