If you have a community teaching business or your own studio constantly having to market your classes and making the best use of your time on social media is crucial. 

I talk to many many Fitpros daily online who want to run local workshops, events and create an online part of their business but are unsure where to start (even though I post about it weekly!)

So, I interviewed Alison – If you are in my Fitness Pilates group you will know Alison.

She is 52 and has been a teacher for 20 years, she’s been attending my workshops and training for years and the last time I saw her she said

” I want to grow and do more online but I’m nervous and not sure I can do this”

Fast forward 2 years…………  and just WATCH the interview as I know you will be so inspired! 

She slowly left the leisure centre she taught at for £20 an hour and began her community Pilates classes including Men Only Pilates (Full every week) started organising mini monthly workshops, Trigger Point, Pilates Masterclasses and then she began a 12 week online programme with 20 ladies, this week she launched 2 new Lift Lean all using Facebook only.

All focussing on marketing to women average age 50. 

If you are a long term reader and follower of mine you WILL know I truly believe you can create a wonderful business teaching in the community…EVEN in the face of much competition from multiple low cost gyms and centres. 

And I hope by watching this interview with Ali you will be inspired to push ahead with your ideas.
