Good Morning How are you ? I hope you are all having a great week and your classes are busy. ACTIVATION BANDS It’s all go with the Activation bands – filming the training videos, new workouts, writing the manual and creating a new 30-minute Activation Band workout. We have loved bands for ever! I remember late 80’s going to Bridget Woods Studio in London to the Rubber Band Workout Training and now here we are still using these brilliant versatile pieces of equipment….. just a seriously beefed up version. The Activation Bands are high quality, non slip with high resistance which is awesome for alignment, precision and seriously deep muscular activation. They are like squeezing into your SPANX but they give as they stretch so after 5 minutes or stretching they start to give – have a look at the video above and see for yourself as they are not like rubber loop bands and fit differently. If you are looking for something new to teach I’ve created a “Flexibiity Within A Framework” a 30-minute workout that you can teach in studio, outside, corporate and for all abilities. Or you can see the different training ideas I’ve come up. You can step, run, jump with the bands in an SAQ style or you can slow everything right down for Pilates style mat conditioning. I’m adding a training manul to the online workshop and putting it through CIMSPA for CPD credits. Currently, I have a small supply of unbranded bands left and going forward the bands will be Fitness Pilates so let me know which you would like.
