    Business Newsletter It’s nearly SEPTEMBER

    Good Afternoon

We’re Almost in September—Are You Ready?

September, in my opinion, is the best month in the fitness calendar, and the last quarter of the year can be an epic time for your business sales and results.

Social Media Quick Tips and Round-Up

    LinkedIn Reels
It’s so new that I’m not even sure if LinkedIn is officially calling it “Reels,” but you can now upload 1-minute videos on LinkedIn, and they appear in a new section. My advice, as always, is when a platform introduces a new feature, go for it with as much content as you possibly can! The platform will likely give you a ton of reach to promote the new feature.

    Pricing
Prices are rising globally—everything is going up. If your business services are on the lower end, you’ll need higher numbers to stay profitable, so it may be time for a price increase. Even a small rise can make a significant difference, especially with costs increasing across the board. You can look after your regular clients by locking them in with a 3-month offer and giving them plenty of notice before you raise prices. However, I understand pricing is a very personal issue, and we all operate in micro-markets across the UK, which will influence your pricing if you offer face-to-face services. Online, however, is a different story; it’s a level playing field. Consider offering different programmes at various price points—a low, mid, and high ticket offer can work well.

    The Sales Phase
Right now, your social media should be a mix of value posts—where you share tips, education, knowledge, motivation, and teaching tips—and sales posts. Remember, don’t add links directly to your posts. Instead, encourage people to comment with a particular word, and then send them the programme information via messenger or DM.

    Your Newsletter!
Just like this one, your newsletter is the backbone of ALL business. We recently switched to Mailerlite, and although I’m still learning it, I find it much cheaper and easier to use, with great metrics compared to any of the CRM systems I’ve used in the past.

Hope this motivates and inspires you.

See you next week, or join me for business coaching and motivation.
