    Stop the Stinkin Thinkin……..

    Some mornings you LEAP out of bed and there is no stopping YOU.

    You get busy ticking of the tasks on your to do list and you
    just simple smash it!

     

    And some mornings you wobble out of bed, bleary eyed, thinking
    “Is this it?” “ Is this what life is all about?’

    I am having one of those mornings right now!

    Every day can’t be the best day, and if today feels like one of those, that’s cool!

    Even if it feels a bit rough now, it doesn’t have to be all bad….

    It’s a choice YOU make.

    Accept the feeling then make a conscious effort to turn it around.

    RIGHT NOW!

    These days are when YOU really create growth and change.

    The only thing that will hold you back today you…. is YOUR stinkin’ thinkin’.

    Get your thoughts right, and your day/life will follow.

    It’s that easy… And it’s that difficult.

    As you know I’m a MASSIVE fan of affirmations.

    While they can seem a little silly to say sometimes.

    I find that by writing them in my phone, putting them on a post it note on my mac, and saying them while I’m driving gives them real power and intention.

    Simply seeing the words gives me a positive feeling, and the more you read them the deeper the sub conscious will drink them in……

    If you are about to do a workout, a go for a run, choose an affirmation and say it while you train.

    Why not Introduce your classes to affirmations?

    Physical activity while doing your affirmations will TURBO charge your mood, your thoughts and your whole perception will shift in a positive way…share it with your groups.

    I promise…Try it right away.
