These few days between Xmas and New Year are the perfect time

to plan and prepare for 2014.

 

I feel optimistic and excited…The World really IS your Oyster.

 

 

 

Driving through Derby yesterday on my way to the Gym I could not

believe the queues in all the shops and retails outlets.

 

I live near a large NEXT and OMG there was people camping outside

on Xmas day night……..

 

Recession??? What Recession??

 

My local ASDA has taken more money than EVER

over the Christmas period.

 

The key is to offer products, classes and services that people actually WANT

and NEED and will help them look & feel BETTER……

 

Services that will Improve people lives……

 

Today, lets ALL move away from littleness…thinking and playing SMALL.

 

Lets ALL STOP  these limiting beliefs that keep us stuck in replaying the same

old, same old within our fitness businesses.

 

Run a mile today from mediocrity and step your game up MASSIVELY

 

I want to INSPIRE YOU TODAY to take action on those lofty goals you have……

 

The general public WANT And NEED fitness/health/fatloss/wellbeing/positivity/nutrition.
