Fitness Pilates Instructor Newsletter 11th November

    Good Morning FP’ers.

    How are you?

Hope your FP classes are thriving and you are excited about Christmas classes and 2020. We are busy preparing for next weeks Fitness Pilates Summit which will be the biggest to date.

**Hold the date for next years 15th November 2020 in London**

I’ve added 2 motivational videos including a foot and ankle with the tennis ball and FP Mash Up – Partner Pilates which is a fun way to create connection, friendship and a different twist on the matwork exercises.

    Mash Up Ideas

    1: The 100 Partner Style

    2:1Leg Bridge with Support

    3:Bridge

    4:Side stretch.

    5:Spine stretch.

    🎼MUSIC🎼

It’s such a minefield. What do you use?

It can totally make or break a Fitness Pilates class. Vocals/Non Vocals/New age/No Music/Ibiza Style/Chillout/PPL Free or Original Artist…what do YOU and your client’s  love?

Do you create your own playlists?

Do you use Amazon, Spotify, Apple – Is that legal? Have you got the correct licenses?  What about the music for your online programmes?

Pure Energy wants to KNOW. If you care about the quality of the music you play in class and want a more cost-effective and easy to use system let us know your views.

Please take a few minutes to fill in the music survey and tell us EXACTLY what works (or doesn’t) for you.
