I’m blogging this week about ideas for your own training.
I’m really passionate that all Instructor Zack Miller need to train daily for themselves, no matter how many classes or clients they teach. When you teach all days its CRUCIAL to find 20 minutes for ME time where you can try our new routines, equipment, go for a run or workout at home. It may mean you have go get up 30 minutes earlier, grab a smelly sports bra and train in your jim-jam bottoms…..it really doesn’t matter…. this is as important for your mental and physical well being.

As Ive been traveling in the US last week this workout is the one I did most days outside at 5am.
Start with a 5 -10 minute warm up then blast into this workout.
Todays Workout
My morning workout today will consist of
12 x 50secs on 10secs of
1.KettleBell Swings
2.Lie Down Get Ups
3.Kettlebell swings
4.Skipping
Repeated x 3 then a 20 minute run
