How To Stay Motivated.
You MOTIVATE everyone but how do you stay motivated? We often feel burn out and exhaustion constantly motivating and teaching so building in self-care on a daily basis can go a long way in preventing teaching stress and burn out.
1: MUSIC. New class music. Getting stuck in a music rut is the quickest way to get bored with a particular class – Challenge yourself to use different music in every class.
2:PODCASTS. I am a total addict I listen every single day to something. It helps me stay excited, motivated and inspired and you learn so much (and they are FREE!)

3: VARIETY. Teach a variety of classes and different populations.
4: GET TOGETHERS. Attend Meet Ups, Events, Conventions, Workshops Or arrange regular coffee meet-ups with the local Fitness Professionals.
5: MORNING ROUTINE. To kick off each day in the best possible way cultivate a strong morning routine of non-negotiables. It could be 10 minutes of movement/Stretching/Yoga/Meditation/reading or enjoying 10 minutes of quite time for your coffee and breakfast, Food prep, Journalling and writing your goals and to do lists.
A set routine you do before you let the world in or before the kids get up and before you start scrolling or looking at your phone is key. Take control of your time and your day from the get go.
AND the best morning routine starts with a strong evening routine.
6: AUDIOBOOKS. I use audible from Amazon and listen to books while driving or doing households chores.
